Introducing our New Swoop Stretched Saddlebags!
These full 4” stretched bags are produced using state of the art computer controlled injection process referred to as resin transfer.
This sophisticated process produces a smooth and finished product on both inner and outer surfaces.
We carefully control temperature, vacuum, fiber placement and pressure during the manufacturing process to produce a void-free and super strong structure.
Every saddlebag goes through a 13 hour post-cure cycle in our computer controlled ovens, slowly bringing them from 70° to over 200°.
This ensures maximum strength and temperature stability in any environment.
Our bags are then jig drilled and lid tested to ensure proper fit and function to your factory lids.
Cosmetically, we incorporated our signature swoop scallop that graces the outside surface of our bags that not only creates length and flow but also triples the wall strength of our bags, so feel free to over stuff as much gear as you can!
Lastly we addressed the exhaust openings.
We’ve tightened the cutouts on both our Swoop Saddlebags and our corresponding selection of matching Chupa Stretched Rear Fenders (sold separately) to create a perfect 3/8” gap around our 4.5” Slip-On mufflers.
So everywhere you look our New Swoop Saddlebags will fit perfect, look perfect and most importantly perform perfect for a lifetime of trouble free use.
