The FLARE 5 represents the next level in motorcycle wheel design. Sculpted CNC features extend from the axle all the way to the outer edge of the rim lip.
Its multi-piece design features a radial forged rim, forged hub covers, hidden cartridge hub and spoke mounted rotors for a combo never before seen in the v-twin aftermarket.
FLARE 5 is the first design in the Ness Multi-piece Premium wheel series.
Precision CNC machined from radial forged 6061-T6 aluminum for maximum road durability
Arlen Ness designed and engineered our own proprietary wheel forgings to control every detail from the very start
Forged hub covers are specially designed to bring full 3D styling from the bearing in the hub to the outer edge of the rim lip Structurally tested to meet or exceed DOT, JAS and TUV international load ratings
Hidden hub design features a cartridge type hub that includes both bearings in one hub resulting in better lateral runout
Smooth rolled rim lip with CNC machined details for style and weight reduction
Available in chrome or black anodize finish
Matching spoke mounted floating performance rotors for Flare 5 front wheels are available in 11.8 sizes
Matching floating performance rotors for Flare 5 rear wheels are available in 11.5 & 11.8 sizes
Hidden Cartridge Hub Features
Proprietary billet aluminum wheel hub kits designed and engineered exclusively for our Arlen Ness forged aluminum wheels
Cartridge design hub features both wheel bearings pre-set in one hub for optimum radial and lateral run out accuracy
Hub is hidden from view when installed on the motorcycle
Available in single & dual disc applications
ABS & Non-ABS compatible
Available Sizes: Front: 18x3.5, 18x5.5, 21x3.5, 23x3.5, 26x3.5 Rear: 18x3.5, 18x5.5, 17x6.25

2-piece floating brake rotor
CNC machined billet inner carrier
Jagged style 420 stainless steel outer band
Stainless outer ring is drilled and cut to efficiently perform and disperse heat incurred while braking
Available in 11.5,11.8 14 rotor requires the use of Ness caliper adapter bracket or Ness 14 brake calipers
Choose from chrome or black anodize finish
